Well it’s been another busy start to the year here at Morecambe and Wize Classic VW Camper Sales. With 9 Split Screen and Bay Window restorations in progress and new orders being taken, our new premises just around the corner from our old workshop in Morecambe Bay, Lancashire is certainly filling up fast.
The new spray booth we put in at the end of last year has not only cut down the lead time of our campers but it also means that we can keep a closer eye on quality control as production numbers increase. We also looking at new paints and epoxy primers, lacquers and working methods which means more camper van bling for you! But it doesn’t end there. Our team of tradesmen are working hard to get our blasting booth finished which will being the final restoration process that we were currently outsourcing back under our own roof meaning Morecambe and Wize Campers will be 100% restored in house. Now there’s not many Volkswagen camper restoration companies that can say that!
All this new infrastructure means that we will also be able to undertake a range of restoration services on behalf of our customers, so if it’s a re-spray you need, we may just be able to help you out. Look out for a range of ‘Wize Services’ coming soon.
Of course we’re still offering our unique 3-2-1 warranty on all our conversions and restorations but we’re also giving customers the option to extend this for up to 3 years with our Extended Warranty range of products. More information on the Wize Cover website.
We’ve also had new ready now stock move through with the sale of our first VW T25 Westfalia California. Taken on a part exchange it beauty didn’t hang around for long and is about to take up it’s new home with a lovely family from York. Happy travels guys! AND we still have a stunning VW Split Screen for Sale on behalf of a customer. Stan is looking sharp and ready to camping this summer. Don’t get me wrong, we see lots of nice camper vans come through our doors, but this month we were lucky enough to get a fine spring day so we could take the fruits of our labour out for a photo shoot and really see them as they were meant to be enjoyed.
